This is one of the greatest verses in the Bible. Almost everybody is familiar with it. It tells us that God loved us so much that He sacrificed the only son He had to save us! How many of us are willing to give up what's precious to us for somebody else? If we do, we do it with great reluctance. God gave us His best. What always strikes me is the fact that God still loves us the very same way He did when He gave up His son for us. That same intense love He had then, He still has it today. Yes, this very day! He never changes. God bless you. *
